Booking, Payment & Cancellation Terms

1. Booking and Deposit

A booking is confirmed once you accept these terms and we receive the required deposit. We issue a written voucher or service contract before full payment is due.

2. Payment

Prices are shown at checkout and include taxes unless stated otherwise. Full payment is due by the deadline on your voucher or invoice.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

Send cancellation requests to contact@cyberstratixodid.com. Refunds depend on supplier policy and timing. We process refunds within 14 calendar days of a complete request. Force-majeure cases are handled individually.

4. Travel Insurance

Insurance is not included. We recommend cover for medical expenses, trip cancellation and baggage.

5. Consumer Protection and Complaints

We follow Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" (3 September 2015) and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (12 May 1991, as amended). Submit complaints by email; we reply within 14 calendar days.

6. Tour Operator Registration

We are listed in the Unified State Register of Tour Operators under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" (15 September 1995, as amended) and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution on the Unified State Register of Tour Operators. No separate operating licence is required.
