Scope
This policy defines age and eligibility rules for routes on cyberstratixodid.com that include alcohol, extreme activities, or adult venues, in line with the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" (3 September 2015), the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (12 May 1991, as amended), and the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" (15 September 1995, as amended).
Minimum Age & Eligibility
- General: 18+; minors may join with a parent or legal guardian if no restricted activity is included.
- Alcohol routes: 18+ only; photo ID may be required.
- Adult venues: 18+ only; ID check mandatory.
- Extreme activities: provider age/height/weight/health rules apply; under-18s need written parental/guardian consent.
Age-Gating
Restricted pages show an age gate before pricing and booking. By proceeding you confirm that you meet the requirements. This is applied in line with Ukrainian law and Google age-restricted content policies. Any cookie used to remember the gate is set only with your consent under the Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" (1 June 2010) and the Law of Ukraine No. 1089-IX "On Electronic Communications" (16 December 2020).
Health, Safety & Participation
