1. Acceptance
By using cyberstratixodid.com you agree to these Terms and contract with cyberstratixodid.com, PE, EDRPOU 74915744. If you disagree, do not use the site.

We are entered in the Unified State Register of Tour Operators under the Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR "On Tourism" (15 September 1995, as amended) and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution on the Unified State Register of Tour Operators.
3. Use of the Site
Use the site only for lawful travel research and bookings. Do not disrupt the site, submit false data, or infringe rights.
4. Bookings
Offers are invitations to contract. A binding contract is formed only after we confirm your booking. Prices include taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Consumer Rights and Complaints
Before ordering we disclose provider identity, total price, essential terms, consumer rights, and this complaint procedure, as required by the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" (3 September 2015) and the Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII "On Protection of Consumer Rights" (12 May 1991, as amended). Send claims to contact@cyberstratixodid.com or to our legal address; we reply within 30 calendar days.
6. Intellectual Property
Content on this site is owned or licensed by us and protected by law. Copying or modification without permission is prohibited.
7. Liability and Governing Law
We provide the site and services "as available". Our liability for direct damages caused by our fault is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, unless a higher liability is mandatory under Ukrainian law. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent court at our legal address in Kyiv, Ukraine.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
